Domestic Return and Exchange Policies

At The Vedic Looms, we are pleased to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 7 days of delivery. Eligible returns can be refunded or exchanged for an online gift card.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
  • Customized Products (made to order), Pre-Order Items, and products that have been altered as per size specifications are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, we will replace the item or, if unavailable, issue a refund via gift card.

For all accepted returns, refunds or online gift cards will be processed as soon as we receive the items and they pass our quality check. The return process may take up to 7-8 business days. Please note that any return requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

To initiate a return request:
1. Registered Users Log into your The Vedic Looms account on our website, go to the ‘Order’ section, and select ‘Request a Return.’
2. Guest Users: Please contact our customer care team via WhatsApp at +971501609692 for assistance with your return request.

Easy Online Returns and Exchange

We offer free reverse pickup services for all orders shipped within the UAE. Registered users can initiate returns by logging in, navigating to the ‘Order’ section, and selecting ‘Request a Return’ for the items you wish to return. Select a reason for return, check the box confirming the item is unused with original tags, and proceed.

Upon successful registration of your return request, you’ll receive a ‘Return ID’ and details of the courier for reverse pickup.

Return Process for Orders

Please follow the steps below to return your order:

1. Include a copy of the order/invoice sheet and circle the product(s) you’re returning.
2. Pack the item(s) in the original delivery package if possible. Ensure the product is in the same condition as you received it, with all tags intact.
3. Insert the order/invoice sheet, ensuring the parcel is securely packed.

When the courier arrives, verify the ‘Return ID’ with the courier representative and hand over the parcel. Once received by *The Vedic Looms*, your refund process will be initiated and may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect at the original payment source.
