Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging as received.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exceptions for Refund

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Bespoke sarees (Sarees made to order)
  • Sarees bought upon customer’s request
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, we will replace the item or

  2. Provide proof of defect or damage (e.g., photos or videos).
  3. Upon approval, return the item as per the instructions provided.
